Sweet 🧁
Beginner's Workshop/classes
An introduction to yoga. This session provides a safe space to learn and ask questions. Whether you are new to yoga or looking for a space to explore options and variations of popular poses, this session is for you.
Gentle
Offers a long warm-up and gentle movement to nourish mind and body. Variations are offered, making this class appropriate for all levels.
Slow Flow
A meditative, flowing practice that moves at a deliberate, slower pace. Longer holds allow participants to focus on breathing, alignment, and mindful movement. All levels are welcome.
Yoga Nidra
A guided meditation that offers deep relaxation, stress relief, improved sleep, and emotional balance. Available in-studio and online. All levels are welcome.
Yin Yoga
Uses long, passive holds (3 to 5 minutes) to settle attendees into poses that can increase flexibility, restore and rehabilitate the joints and muscles, and teach the body and mind to surrender. Available in-studio and online. All levels are welcome.

Vinyasa Flow
A multi-disciplinary class focusing on alignment and breath awareness while flowing from one posture to the next. Using breath-linked movement, this class allows students to flow and focus while nourishing the body, mind, and spirit. All levels are welcome.

Designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Challenging postures are offered with variations so you can find the level that works for you.
heated vinyasa
Uses breath-linked movement to transition from one pose to the next in a room heated to 90-95 degrees.
