Rhonda Aley
Instructor | E-RYT 200
In 2005 Rhonda attended her first yoga class as part of a gym membership and quickly realized it was much more than just another method of exercise. She recognized that while practicing yoga is a great way to achieve physical fitness, even more importantly, it results in health and wellness of the total self. Her life literally changed through yoga, she was inspired to leave a successful but stressful executive corporate career to complete certification through the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Program in 2013 and received RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Certification. She has completed additional certified training in Accessible Chair, Prenatal and Restorative yoga and The Art of Assisting and Adjusting.
Rhonda’s extensive teaching hours and ongoing experience have elevated her Yoga Alliance Certification to E-RYT 200. Her spectrum of classes includes: Beginners/Basic, Gentle, Slow Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal, Restorative, Yin and Accessible Chair yoga. She believes yoga can be beneficial for individuals of all physical abilities and feels honored to share classic yoga poses, philosophies, breathing techniques and relaxation methods to promote calmness, reduce stress and achieve holistic wellness.
