Lisa began her yoga journey in 2019 when her daughter introduced her to the practice at Muskegon Yoga. Lisa was immediately drawn to the power of yoga in mind and body. In 2022, she completed her RYT 200 training under Kristine Mast, further deepening her understanding and commitment to the practice. Lisa is also certified as a First and Second degree Reiki Practitioner.
Lisa believes in the transformative power of grounding, breath, and stillness. With a holistic approach to practice, Lisa guides students in cultivating a deep connection between mind, body, and breath, allowing them to find balance both on and off the mat.
Lisa encourages students to root themselves in the present, finding stability and inner peace. Her focus extends beyond the physical aspects, as she guides students in uncovering the inner strength that resides within themselves to navigate life's challenges.
Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment is of utmost importance to Lisa, as she strives to make the practice accessible and beneficial for all who attend her classes. She also enjoys a really good playlist.
Outside of the yoga studio, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, going to the beach, being in or on the water and traveling
