Emelie has been doing yoga on and off for many years but decided to commit herself to the practice three years ago, and it has transformed her life. "Yoga has given me the tools to calm my mind, find serenity, and feel empowered. I have found a true community at Muskegon Yoga, and I am so grateful for the beautiful souls I have met through this practice. I teach vinyasa and yin yoga, two very different styles, both of which enrich my personal practice and feed my soul."
